The USRider Ambassador Program rewards you for referring your friends, family, colleagues and beyond to use our referral tracking software.
A $30 commission for each paid sign up of a new USRider Primary member, which originates through a click on the link provided to you as an approved USRider Ambassador. All payments will be sent via the confirmed payment method set up in your ambassador account and will be distributed within five business days of receipt of new member payment.
After you complete the online application on the registration page, USRider will provide email notification within 3-5 business days on average. If approved, you can access your account and start sharing links/banners. Visitors can click and purchase a membership through the links/banners, and if the referral signs up for a new USRider Primary membership with confirmed payment, you will receive a $30 commission payment through your ambassador account.
USRider ambassadors earn a standard commission rate of $30 for all referrals who sign up for a new Primary USRider membership using their link and/or with an approved email conversion trigger, and submit full payment. A direct-billed membership is one in which USRider receives payment through the sign up page at the Ambassador, or over the phone with a USRider member care specialist. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments and erroneous membership crediting. Commissions are paid out via ACH or PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure your ACH settings and/or PayPal account details are accurate and up to date in order to receive payment.
The USRider ambassador program is designed for ambassadors to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any adword campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of USRider is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the USRider program in jeopardy.
All ambassadors must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. USRider reserves the right to suspend or remove ambassadors from our ambassador program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners, and promotional materials provided to you by USRider. Ambassadors terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the USRider network.
